Przy wykupieniu Supportu aplikacji gwarantujemy odpowiedni czas reakcji i naprawy w przypadku awarii oraz darmowy update aplikacji przy zmianach wprowadzonych przez Ustawodawcę. Ponadto oferujemy rozszerzone funkcjonalności systemu wraz z rozwojem aplikacji po preferowanych cenach.
Oferujemy 3 poziomy Supportu w zależności od SLA:
- krytyczny ( czas reakcji 4h)
- istotny ( czas reakcji 1 dzień roboczy – NBD)
- normalny ( czas reakcji do 4 dni roboczych)
Jest możliwość wyceny każdego innego wariantu supportu wymaganego przez Klienta.
